∑ Coordinates with HMO provider and hospitals
∑ Works with HR Manager in facilitating the health benefits provided by the company
∑ Coordinates with accredited hospitals, doctors, and clinics for emergency related situations.
∑ Candidate must possess at least Bachelorís/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
∑ At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
∑ Preferably Supervisor or 5 years and up Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
∑ Knowledge of Basic Philippine Laws and jurisprudence.
∑ Knowledge and experience in dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
∑ Proficient in taking minutes of cases and report writing.
∑ With background in recruitment process and needs.
