 Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

 Required Skill(s): Proficiency in MS Office, interpersonal skills, self-directed

 Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.

 Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

 Discrete, reserved and able to handle business, personal, and family information with the highest level of confidence

 Professionalism in Appearance and Attitude

 Able to adapt quickly, handle multiple tasks and priority

 Self directed with sound judgement

 Candidate must possess at least Bachelorís/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

 At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

 Preferably Supervisor or 5 years and up Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

 Knowledge of Basic Philippine Laws and jurisprudence.

 Knowledge and experience in dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.

 Proficient in taking minutes of cases and report writing.

 With background in recruitment process and needs.
