 Preferably with BOSH/OHNAP Training

 At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

 Responsible in providing immediate care to employees with health complains

 Coordinates with HMO provider and hospitals

 Works with HR Manager in facilitating the health benefits provided by the company

 Coordinates with accredited hospitals, doctors, and clinics for emergency related situations.

 Candidate must possess at least Bachelorís/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

 At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

 Preferably Supervisor or 5 years and up Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.

 Knowledge of Basic Philippine Laws and jurisprudence.

 Knowledge and experience in dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.

 Proficient in taking minutes of cases and report writing.

 With background in recruitment process and needs.
